When can building repairs start?+
After the pest professional confirms treatment is complete and it is safe to open up and reinstate damaged fabric. We sequence repairs from that point.

Sometimes. If load-bearing timber or structural members are affected, we may need advice or documentation from a structural engineer before repairs proceed.
